We would like to inform you that, on 10-12 November 2021, the Judicial Forum on Intellectual Property will be held in a virtual system, the event being organized annually by the Judicial Institute of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and being addressed to judges in the intellectual property field.
The Forum aims to provide a platform for discussions on experiences and pressing challenges related to IP due to the acceleration of innovation and the transnational use of IP. The program can be accessed by following IP Judges forum 2021
Last year's event was attended by an impressive number of judges who interacted internationally, discussing important issues related to intellectual property rights.
In order to encourage ongoing and open dialogue between judicial bodies, participation in the forum shall be limited to members of the judiciary and, where appropriate, to quasi-judicial bodies active in the settlement of intellectual property disputes.
